These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Carson Oates (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) under the site name Student File Processing. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We are not an accredited educational institution. We do not guarantee admission, graduation, employment, salary, licensure, or eligibility for financial aid. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and each school’s rules.

You represent that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that the information you submit is accurate. You will not use the Site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

10. Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, except where preempted by U.S. federal law. You agree that state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable consumer protection law requires a different forum.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
