This Privacy Policy describes how Carson Oates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use this website (the “Site”), which is operated under the name Student File Processing, and related services. Where Google Ads or other platforms display an advertiser or business name, that name may appear as Carson Oates to match our advertising account.

If you opt in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated messages related to education options at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Email communications include an unsubscribe link where required.

We do not use or disclose “sensitive personal information” for purposes that require a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link under the CPRA. Other U.S. states: Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (and other states as laws become effective) may have similar rights. If we deny your request and your state provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law (typically 45 days for California, with one extension where permitted).
